‘Sky lantern’ originated from Thailand and China, and has been traditionally used in festivals in Asia and Europe. It gained popularity recently in Japan as well, through its use in a Disney film, ‘Tangled’.
This ‘Sky Lantern’ project was created by young local people with the aim of helping revitalize regional development. Join this festival and explore beautiful Uda!
