This Michi-no-Eki is located at the intersection of National Routes 369 and 368 in Mitsue Village. As the name shows, it is associated with the old Osaka-Nara-Ise pilgrimage road “Ise Honkaido.” Pilgrims visited here on their way to/from Ise in ancient times, and today, many drivers and riders drop in at this rest area.
The facility consists of the tourism information desk, farmers market “Kaido Ichiba Mitsue,” natural hot spring “Himeshi no Yu,” and restaurant “Yamazakura.” The farmers’ market sells fresh local produce and local specialties. The hot spring has various types of baths, as well as saunas and open-air baths. You can relax in the spacious tatami room after a bath.
Free Wi-Fi available. Bicycle rental service available.
