On weekends and national holidays during the snow trekking season, shuttle buses called “Rime Ice bus” run between Haibara Station (榛原駅) of Kintetsu Railway to each trailhead of the beautiful mountains––Mt. Miune and Mt. Takami.

To Mt. Miune
Get off at Haibara (榛原) station of Kintetsu Railway. The bus departs from the south side of the station for Mitsue Youth Travel Village, the trailhead (みつえ青少年旅行村). To ride the bus, find the temporary bus stop with a signboard saying 三峰山行 臨時バス (special bus to Mt. Miune). Reservation required via Nara Kotsu website.

- Departs from Haibara station South Exit at 7:45 am — Arrives at the trailhead at 8:54 am

- Via Onsen Route: Departs from Youth Travel Village at 2:30 pm — Arrives at Himeshi no Yu at 2:45 pm — Leave Himeshi no Yu at 4:00 pm — Arrives at Haibara Station 5:09 pm
- Straight to Station Route: Departs from Youth Travel Village at 4:00 pm — Arrives at Haibara Station 5:09 pm
