Yumebuchi
Higashiyoshino, Nara
The clear streams of Higashiyoshino Village are exceptional in the region: “Yumebuchi,” where three rivers flow into each other, is located near the prestigious Niukawakami Shrine and is popular among summer visitors. There is a campsite (Higashiyoshino Campground) nearby.

Mitsue Youth Travel Village
Mitsue, Nara
Mitsue Youth Travel Village, a popular campsite with an adventure playground, also offers fun summer activities such as catching amago trout, fishing, as well as bathing in the river. Activities without overnight stays are available, but reservations are required, including river bathing.

Furusato-mura
Higashiyosino, Nara
You can enjoy bathing in the Shigo River in front of Furusato-mura in Higashiyoshino Village. There is also a hot spring on the premises, where you can relax later. The place also offers accommodations and a specific area for camping. Please note that the parking lot may be full on holidays during the summer.

Takami Park Campground
Higashiyoshino, Nara
Takami Park Campground is surrounded by the greenery and clear stream of Higashiyoshino Village. At this spot, you can enjoy a private riverside setting; access to the river is limited to barbecue or accommodation facility users. A 10-minute drive from the campground takes you to a hot spring facility, Takasumi Onsen. Open from April to October.
